Lars Hellsten joined Orrefors from Skruf in 1972 , and was still working at Orrefors in the late 90s . He is perhaps best known for his glass sculptures , including a massive outdoor piece in Stockholm .
Its 20cms in ht , and is marked Orrefors 9004320 Lars Hellsten 83 ( ? ). Its very heavy , i don't think its a Unik piece as they are usuallso marked , but i would think it would have only been a small production run .
